About Viktoria
Viktoria is Swedish by origin but grew up in London, Dubai and Singapore. She has created and fostered a love for yoga through her curiosity for the human body and the desire to welcome peace and tranquility from the stresses of daily life. This passion and growing spiritual connection eventually led her to take the decision of leading these practices, as “the only way to really learn is to teach”.
She completed her 200h YTT in Rishikesh, India in 2015 and since then continued her yoga education through completing Advanced Teacher Training with Julie Martin in 2016 as well as Prenatal Yoga certificate also in 2016. She finished her 300h YTT in Goa, India 2019.
Viktoria’s style of yoga is about truly connecting with your body, building awareness and finding deep relaxation and love within yourself. Being certified in many different types of yoga makes her approach more holistic and integrated. Viktoria’s mission is to always remain open hearted and available for all those seeking judgement free yoga and aspiring to benefit from the growing connection with oneself and others that yoga enables.
Viktoria has taught yoga in both Dubai and Ecuador prior to moving back to Sweden in 2018 and continues her journey of teaching and learning in the name of Yoga.

Types of Classes
Hatha Yoga
Hatha yoga is more of a traditional approach to yoga where classes include breathwork (pranayama), asanas (postures) and meditation. Classes described as Hatha Yoga tend to be more focused on alignment as well as the physical and mental benefits of each pose.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath as your guide, flowing in and out of movement. Vinyasa yoga uses a variety of postures to create different flows making classes varied and dynamic.
Prenatal Yoga
Prenatal yoga is a great way to stay active during pregnancy. It is both gentle and low impact, while offering physical and mental benefits for the expectant mother. It's a great way to connect to your body and pregnancy, starting to explore breathwork and to cultivate your inner feminine power.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga, incorporating asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles of yoga. Yin yoga involves variations of seated and supine poses typically held for 3 to 5 minutes, accessing deeper layers of fascia and has a more meditative approach and effect.
Guided Meditations
Guided meditations can be an impactful tool to access stillness, connect to one's body and breath. Viktoria's guided mediation is either focused on scanning the body or meditating on a particular thought or feeling.
